Done and done

Done.

I got an email with the amount needed for closing at around 4pm. I went to the bank, got my certified check, was at the lawyers office by 5pm. Went through the paper work, signed my deed, got through the whole process by 6:10pm.

So it's official. I'm a homeowner.

Sadly it feels slight anticlimatic since I don't get to move in immediately. I don't even get keys yet because the tennants have them. *sigh*

Yay, but still waiting for Sept 1 to move in!!
