Of consciousness.

-- the marketing girls watch Dancing with the Stars. They refer to
Shawn Johnson as "that tiny little girl... Wasn't she a gymnast or
something?" WTF did they not watch the olympics?! At all?!

-- one of my consulting friends, JBA, is in Louisiana for a project.
She's an orthodox Jew and overheard someone say "I love Passover
because then I can eat my ham and cheese and matzo. Really? Come to
think of it, when I was in Virginia, I had definitely been to Bar and
Bat Mitzvahs were we were served pork. And on Hells Kitchen, they
hosted a Bar Mitzvah were they served cheeseburgers.

-- today on my way to the train station, I was stuck behind a slow car
going 5 under the speed limit. But we got to an intersection, I moved
to the extra intersection lane thinking I'd pass him. But then he
started going thru the intersection right before the light turned
green so he beat me. Only to drive slowly again. Wtf.

-- I need to move. I want to move to Hoboken. I need to move while the
weather's still warm so that I can still make city trips easily.

-- on my morning train ride, I pass this place that has D-A-D written
on it in like. 8ft tall font. I wonder what it stands for.

-- I'm meeting my little sis for dinner tonight. She just got back
from camping in Jordan. I think she's crazy for having gone. But
clearly she was fine :-). She got me a keffiyeh (sp?) I'm excited.

-- last friday I got a report to understand that was put together by
one of our other business units. It made no sense. My boss, director,
and I got on a conference call with the person who put it together.
There was a lot of laughing on our part -- a lot of laughing, muting
and screaming, and a lot of wtf looks of bewilderment. Lessons
learned: (1) you can't add and subtract percentages and (2) you can't
average averages.

-- I need new music. I'm really bored of the music on my iPhone and
iPod.

-- I can't find my digital camera. Has anyone seen it?

-- I can't imagine living in a 3 room house. Three rooms as in living
room, kitchen, and bedroom. I feel like houses that small should just
he made into apartments or townhouses.

-- I hate when people sit next to you when there are clearly other
empty seats.
