Omnivore's 100

So I've made my 2009 list of To Do's.

one of my favorite's on the list is the Omnivore 100. While I'd like to say that my goal is to have tried all of them by the end of 2009, let's be realistic. There are certain things I just won't eat. i.e. roadkill. So here's the list. What on the list have you tried?
