Telecommuting

So I'm working from home today. They call it telecommuting. I got so confused because I thought of telephone & television-- and assume the root "tele" was for some kind of technology... but then after thinking about telegraph and telepathy -- and then looking it up (god i love the Internet) It actually means "far" or "distance". Cool.

So sitting at home today was fun. I was outside for a little bit, soaking up some of the last summer rays. As well as getting over going out last night. No, no. Not because of a hang over, but more b/c I went to bed around 2:30am. Much later than I've gone to bed in a long while. Thankfully I could just roll out of bed today and turn on the computer.

But that doesn't mean I'm not still going into the city tonight! Woohoo Happy hour margaritas at the Heights & Todd Carey concert!!
