Sold!!

So I signed a contract. I got a condo unit at the Beacon. Rialto 1902. Top floor. 820 sq. ft. With views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. And a walk-in closet -- that has a window. My walk-in closet has a window.

I close on July 10th. I'm buying the unit from the developer with a standing lease that expires on August 31st. So between July 10th and August 31st, I get to be a landlord! And then I'll probably move in over Labor Day weekend. The housewarming will be a day BBQ the second Sunday that's not a Jewish high holiday :-) yes, I have that many Jewish friends.

Yay!! After all of the fun, I will officially have my own place in time for... Fall and winter :-)
