Sleep deprived

You know you're having a bad week/day when you're falling asleep on
your train ride home at 9pm. Today's the earliest I've left the office
in a while: 7:45pm, which really isn't that horrible if I don't factor
I'm the fact that it means I don't get home until 9:30. And that I
never wanted to do one of those jobs that kept me in the office.

And honestly it'd be better if I weren't trapped in one of those
cycles. I go to bed late on Sunday around 2am. Causing me to be
lethargic and incapable of functioning Monday. So I drink lots of
caffeinated drinks causing me to be jittery and not sleep. So the
Monday night I fall asleep at 2am again. Unfunctional Tuesday. Sleep
late Tuesday night. Disfunctional Wednesday. At least today I'm not
bringing work home so I'll hopefully fall asleep by 10 and get my 8
hours in? LOL
