Wifi on the road

So the other day, I had to drive to Newark to pick up my parents. And let's face it, I don't really know where anything is in Newark -- so I had my iPhone in my hand set on GPS and was following where I was going. Things were well... and then at some point, a little pop up came up asking me if i wanted to link to wifi: bolt bus...

As cool as that is, I was thinking -- couldn't I just tag close behind the bus and constantly be using the wifi? That'd be pretty damn cool -- and would probs cause a lot of car accidents if it caught on.
